第一步
登录https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn 完成网上注册，西南大学的机构代码为10635，留学项目种类为B。
同时，登陆https://swu.17gz.org/完成“西南大学国际学生管理平台”的注册申请。
注：请使用同一个邮箱进行申请。
2月20日前
第二步
外国学生招生办公室对申请人进行初步审核
3月10日前
第三步
相关学院对申请人进行复审、远程面试或笔试。
注：通过院系复审的申请者将进入西南大学终审。
提交申请后，请定期查看申请时填写的邮箱，以免漏掉面试通知和录取结果通知邮件。
3月15日前
第四步
学校评审小组终审
3月25日前
第五步
导师指导拟推荐人选制定来华学习计划。
外国学生招生办公室将退回拟推荐人选在CSC系统的申请并制作预录取通知书，拟推荐人需上传预录取通知书至CSC系统并再次提交申请。
注：预录取通知书不代表你已经被正式录取。
3月28日前
第六步
向国家留学基金委报送推荐人选
3月底至7月
第七步
国家留学基金委组织学科专家对各校预录取学生分学科评审，完成最终录取并通知奖学金获得者。
7月-8月
第八步
招办制作并寄出201表和通知书。

在2024年3月1日至5月15日通过https://cis.chinese.cn/申请国际中文教师奖学金。
在2024年1月1日至6月15日通过https://swu.17gz.org/member/login.do申请重庆市长奖学金、西南大学校长奖学金、西南大学新丝路奖学金或自费到我校学习。

Notice to apply for 2024-2025 Chinese Government Scholarship-High Level Postgraduate Program (Type B)

The following are major steps of application and selection:
Before Feb. 15
Step 1
Log in to https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn to complete the online registration. The institution code of SWU is 10635, and the type of study abroad program is B.
Andpleasealsolog in to https://swu.17gz.org/ “Southwest University International Student Service System to complete the online registration.
Note: please use the same emailbox.
Before Feb. 20
Step 2
Qualification assessment will be made by International Students Admission Office for applications.
Before March 10
Step3
Academic evaluation will be provided by the college or faculty you apply for.
Note: Ifyoupass the academic evaluation, you will go in for university-level internal evaluation.
You are strongly recommended toregularly check the email box that you have used to apply in order not to miss the interview notification and admission result notification email.
BeforeMarch 15
Step4
Pre-admitted studentswill be selected based on the university-level internal evaluation.
Before Match 25
Step 5
Pre-admitted students will be guided by supervisor tocompletestudy-in-Chinaproposal.
International Students Admission Office will return theCSC applicationof the pre-admitted student and issue the SWU Pre-Admission Letter which should beuploaded on to studyinchina.csc.edu.cn.
Note: Pre-Admission Letter does not mean you are officially admitted.
Before March 28
Step 6
Southwest University will send the roster of pre-admitted students to CSC Council.
From end of March to July
Step 7
CSC organizes subject experts to review the pre-admitted students of each university by subject, decide the final admission roster and notify the scholarship recipients.
From July to August
Step 8
International Students Admission Office will make and send JW201 form and formal admission letter.
Due to intense competition, you can simultaneously:
Apply for the International Chinese Teacher Scholarship through https://cis.chinese.cn/ from March 1 to May 15, 2024;apply for Chongqing Mayor Scholarship, SWU President Scholarship, SWU New Silk Road Scholarship through https://swu.17gz.org/member/login.do or study in our school at your own expensefrom January 1 to June15, 2024.
